HOW IT WORKS
1. Fill Out Our Intake Form
Choose a Tutor
Find Your Tutors. The Master Availabilities document has the assigned numbers of tutors in your course as well as when they're available. Look through it, and if you see a tutor that you'd like to book a session with and matches your availability, choose/rank them in the Intake Form!

We will match you with your top choice tutor, but we recommend choosing more than one and ranking them, in case they have already been matched. Once you submit this form, we will email you with your tutor's name and UWO email!
Please keep in mind that tutors are prohibited from proving assistance with graded course work such as assignments and quizzes!

2. Check Your Email
Your tutor, a UWO student, will send you an email about your next steps. When you receive the email, don't forget to confirm the date, time, and location of your meeting. Write the date down in your agenda too! If you have a suggestion for a different location, or if you have any general questions, please feel free to contact your tutor; they'll be more than happy to help!
Please also make sure to include which topics of the course you want to focus on, or if you have any specific questions (it helps tutors prepare)
Reading Week. The normal schedule doesn't apply to reading week. Expect more online sessions and flexible timing.

3. Meet Up With Your Tutor
The day before your tutoring session, send your tutor a confirmation email confirming the date, time, and location. Once you confirm the time and place, you're all set!
Remember to know how to e-transfer the payment.
Remember that all our proceeds go to charity! Additional donations are always accepted :)
Email your tutor immediately if you cannot find them. Email will be your main source of contact, and your phone if you gave your number.

4. Next Steps
If you are satisfied with your tutor and would like another session, email your TUTOR to coordinate a new session together.
If your tutoring experience was unsatisfactory, we apologize, and because every tutor is different, we encourage you to choose a different tutor and provide us feedback on your experience.
