HOW IT WORKS
1. Fill Out Our Intake Form
Email a Tutor
Find Your Tutors. The Master Availabilities document has the names of tutors in your course as well as when they're available. Look through it, and if you see a tutor that matches your availability you'd like to book a session with, email them!

Try with one tutor you like. The About Us → Our Tutors page lets you find out more about them (not all our tutors are on that page). If they don't reply in 2-3 days, or this is during final exams, emailing more tutors (3+) the second time increases the chances of you matching with someone
All emails to tutors should contain:
Reading Week. The normal schedule doesn't apply to reading week. Expect more online sessions and flexible timing.
- "LFC Tutoring {course code}" contained in the subject
- Your availabilities for the week and beyond. List ALL the times you are free, so you have the highest chance of matching
- Your phone number (optional)
- Which topics of the course you want to focus on (if there is a specific topic you want to go over, it helps tutors prepare)

2. Check Your Email
Your tutor, a UWO student, will send you an email about your next steps. When you receive the email, don't forget to confirm the date, time, and location of your meeting. Write the date down in your agenda too! If you have a suggestion for a different location,
or if you have any general questions, please feel free to contact your tutor; they'll be more than happy to help!

3. Meet Up With Your Tutor
The day before your tutoring session, send your tutor a confirmation email confirming the date, time, and location. Once you confirm the time and place, you're all set! Remember to know how to e-transfer the payment.
Remember that all our proceeds go to charity! Additional donations are always accepted :)
Email your tutor immediately if you cannot find them. Email will be your main source of contact, and your phone if you gave your number.
At the end of each tutoring session the tutor must fill out the Session Sign-off Form:

4. Next Steps
If you are satisfied with your tutor and would like another session, email your TUTOR to coordinate a new session together.
If your tutoring experience was unsatisfactory, we apologize, and because every tutor is different, we encourage you to email a different tutor.
